At the November monthly Board Meeting, the Manager presented the 2026 budget for Board approval. After reviewing the budget, the Board approved to increase there water rates due to the increasing cost of expenses . Thomas Hill received an increase on the October 2025 water rate from its main water supplier Clarence Cannon Wholesale Water Commision and has been absorbing that increase to wait until after the 2026 budget was presented so that we would not have to do two water r
