STATEMENT FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

​

The Board of Directors of the Thomas Hill Public Water Supply District #1 of Randolph County, Missouri, is pleased to have developed this written policy statement concerning policies directly affecting the operation of the District. This policy is written to be in accordance with and support of Chapter 247 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri providing for the establishment of such Water Districts. In addition, this policy is in accordance with the spirit and the letter of the United States Department of Agriculture and such other policies as required by law or appropriate to good operational management.

This manual is a reference for both the employees of the Water District and for the management and the Board of Directors. By necessity, the General Manager is empowered within the framework of reason and judgment, unless directed to the contrary by the Board, to make interpretations of policy and to direct routine operations.

The Thomas Hill Public Water Supply District #1 of Randolph County is a water purchasing and distribution entity. Purchase is made from the Clarence Cannon wholesale Water supply District.
